“Art in the Garden” – an exhibition inspired by the National Gardens Scheme.
Worked with The Northern Potters Association to make a ceramic “wedding breakfast” in Museum Gardens.
Exporting Oil Lamps to USA
Worked with York City Council to produce a floor plaque to show at the route of the City Walls in Museum Gardens.
Articles about Gerry appeared in magazines – Living North, The Journal and Craft and Design Magazine.
Selected by BBC Humberside as a finalist to exhibit in the region’s art galleries under the title, “Three Quarters Sky”
Started participating in the area’s Open Studios
Joined with other crafts people in the village to produce an arts festival called “Fangfest”. It continues to this day – the first weekend in September.
